  • Lynn Powell oversees the work of pinpoint as Operations & Development Manager
  • Lenja Bell is Network Development Manager and responsible for making our parental involvement network as representative as possible
  • Vanessa Hardy manages our website and e-newsletters as e-Communications Manager

  • Judith Middleton is our Early Years support worker (parents of pre-school disabled children)
  • Sue Platt supports the pinpoint team and pinpoint parent trainers

  • Lynn Powell delivers participation training for us on a freelance basis
  • Dionne Sutherland Davies is working with us to develop sexual health training and support for parents of disabled young people

Parent representatives

  • A number of parents act as representatives on Boards, at events, commissioning panels, interview panels and other places where parent representatives are involved in influencing decision-making

Volunteers

  • We are very grateful to the parents who provide support to us on a voluntary basis working as parent representatives, attending our network meetings, promoting our work, and so on. Our staff team also put in many additional hours on a voluntary basis.
