Lynn Powell

Lynn set up pinpoint in 2008. She has two grown up children and lives near St Ives, where pinpoint is based. Since having her own children, Lynn became interested in how children think and learn and re-trained in special educational needs, spending time supporting primary school children. She has spent the last 10 years or so supporting parents of children with special educational needs (SEN). Lynn manages pinpoint and reports to the pinpoint Management Group. She also facilitates the pinpoint networks in Hunts, Fenland and East Cambs, leads on SEN and child poverty work, and on developing links to national networks. Lenja Bell

Lenja is the Network Development Manager and responsible for making our parental involvement network as representative as possible.  She also facilitates the Cambridge City and South Cambs parent networks, leads on parent participation within health services, develops supports services around parental well-being, and set ups and runs parent support or actions groups as needed.  Before joining pinpoint, Lenja worked for Young Lives as a programme coordinator, supporting and representing the voluntary sector to statutory services across Cambridgeshire. Vanessa Hardy

Vanessa manages our website and e-newsletters as e-Communications Manager. Vanessa has over 15 years experience of managing websites that deliver user friendly and accessible content. She is particularly interested in the work of pinpoint having spent many years providing respite care for children and young people with a range of disabilities and social needs.  Vanessa is always happy to discuss any new ideas that might improve either the website or newsletters to make them more relevant, usable or informative.
