We are getting together with Cambridgeshire County Council's Transitions Team and My Fantastic Life to celebrate the achievements of young people moving towards adulthood, and of the parents and carers supporting them.

We would like to invite parents and carers of young people aged 14-19 years who are going through the transition from children and young people's services to adult services to join us. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided.

pinpoint will be there to talk about the work of the Transitions Team Parent Carer Forum, and other forums we facilitate, and to speak to parents who may be interested in joining, or becoming a parent carer representative.

We are looking to recruit a new parent carer representative to sit on the Transitions Partnership Board to represent the Transitions Parent Carer Forum. The two current Transitions Partnership Board parent representatives will be available to speak to you about what they do, and answer your questions.
