If so come along to our talent day.

If you meet the minimum standards below, log on to www.paralympics.org.uk/talent then fill in and submit the online 'Talent Screening Questionnaire'. Attendance at the day is by pre-registration only. Deadline for pre-registration is 7th November 2011.

Disability Groups                                              Selection Criteria

Visually impaired                                               - Have an impairment

Limb deficiency (inc. amputation, fused ankle)  - UK Passport holder (or eligible for one)

Les autres (inc. dwarfism)                                 - Aged 13 to 38

Spinal injuries (inc. spina bifida)                        - Involvement in regular physical activity

Cerebral palsy                                                   - A competitive nature with a desire to win a medal
