Further information

pinpoint has organised joint participation events with Advocacy Partners Speaking Up (APSU) and Young Lives. Parents (mums and dads) and carers of children and young people and other interested parties, including representatives from organisations and services, are invited to attend the APSU youth parliament on 24 September and the pinpoint participation lunch on 30 September 2010.

The pinpoint event is being held at the newly renovated St Ives Corn Exchange. It will begin (10-11am) with an opportunity to meet parent representatives, Youth Parliament MPs and members of the Young Lives participation team who are working with service commissioners and managers to make sure they listen to what families and community organisations have to say when planning and developing their services. This will be followed by the pinpoint annual meeting (11-11.30am) and lunch will be served from 12 noon. Those joining the participation lunch will move into other rooms from 12.30 until 2pm.

You are invited to join us for all or part of the day. For more information follow this link to the event flier.

There is limited disabled parking available at the front of the Corn Exchange, alternatively we recommend parking at The Dolphin Hotel car park costing £1 for the whole day. To book your place please contact Emily by phone 0751 741 9761 or email and let her know of any dietary or accessibility requirements.
