How to book
Please don't miss out on this very special opportunity for parents, family support workers and senior service managers and directors to get together and to celebrate Parents' Week 2011. Contact Rebecca to book your place now by phone 0751 741 9761 or email. Please let us know if you have any special dietary or access needs when booking. We are sorry we cannot provide childcare, however we can help towards the cost of childcare, transport and any other support parents need to let them attend.
How to get there
By car, St Ives is about 3 miles off the A14. The St Ives Corn Exchange is about 200 metres from St Ives bus station, and the guided bus stops there. Huntingdon Railway station is about a 15 minute drive, depending on the traffic (which can be very busy at rush hour times). Visit the St Ives Corn Exchange website for more information.
Venue and parking
St Ives Corn Exchange is fully accessible. Parking (disabled, free and chargeable) is available nearby and St Ives bus station is about a 5-10 minute walk (the guided bus stops here). For more information on the venue and parking visit their website. We recommend parking at the Dolphin Hotel car park off London Road. You can no longer drive over the old bridge but the venue is a short, pleasant walk over the river from the Dolphin Hotel where they charge £1 per day to park (or if you have time to pop in for a coffee before or after the conference ask for a parking token which allows you to park for free). If you don't mind walking a few minutes more, look out for free parking on London Road as you drive towards the Dolphin Hotel.
