School governors who wish to learn more about involving the views of parents in strategic decision-making.

This interactive training workshop is designed to help governing bodies develop parental involvement so that the views of parents inform their strategic decision-making.
Topics to be covered include:
- Ofsted inspection developments and plans to give greater consideration to the views of parents
- What do we mean by parent participation, including ethical considerations
- Exploring a model for action planning to develop parental involvement in strategic decision-making in your school
