your well-being

well-being

Bringing up children can be really hard and many parents often feel low, anxious or stressed. Parents of disabled children tell us how over-run they are and how, in turn, they become exhausted and overwhelmed.

It’s important for parents to be able to look after their own health and well-being.  These pages are for parents who want to look for information or support about their own feelings, to explore what may help and to share with other parents.

Below are five practical steps that you can take to look after your well-being - why not try a few to find out what might work for you?

How pinpoint can help

A big part of our aim is to help you find information about help and support for you and your family as easily as possible - find out more.
