How pinpoint can help
Part of our aim is to help you find information about support, breaks and respite for you and your family as easily as possible.
Someone to talk to
One of the main ways to help you feel supported is to connect with other people in similar situations to you. In our Support section we have provided details of parent / carer support groups and organisations across Cambridgeshire.
You can download our ‘People to talk to’ leaflet below which gives you at glance contact information for local groups and key contacts or join one of our on-line forums.
Taking a break
Most parent / carers know how difficult it can be to find the time to take a valuable break from caring responsibilities. A break could be something as simple as an evening to yourself while your young person attends a youth club, a supported leisure activities for the whole family or respite for your child or young person.
Visit our Short breaks section for information and advice on how to get help with organisation short breaks to benefit you and your family.
