New family information service launched

 ‘Family Information Direct’, is a new information and support service to help anyone bringing up children in England.  The service is provided by the Department for Schools, Families and Children (DCSF) and offers parents, families and carers different ways to get support and advice. The new service includes options like phone helplines, social networks and video case studies which provide practical advice from other parents and professionals about bringing up children.
