YoungMinds asks Conservatives to reconsider plans to scrap children's trusts

Charity YoungMinds says children's trusts and children and young people plans are essential to encourage joint working. Chief Executive, Sarah Brennan says that without them progress made in improving Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services and access to them will be lost. However, Michael Gove (shadow children's secretary at the time of writing) has claimed they are ineffective. Read more in the Children & Young People Now article.
