It’s mental health day – time to focus on your well-being

Today, October 10, is world mental health day.

We know how busy Cambridgeshire parent carers are looking after their children and young people… and how rarely you put yourselves first.

So today mental health charity Mind is urging carers to take time – even just a few minutes – to focus on yourself and your own well-being.

Just choosing one small thing to change might help you feel more able to cope on difficult days – and continue supporting your families.
