Pinpoint Annual Conference

We’re delighted to invite you to the Pinpoint Cambridgeshire Annual Conference 2026, taking place on 10 March 2026 at The Burgess Hall, St Ives. This year’s theme is “Empowering Families” 💙
This free, one-day event brings together parent carers, professionals, and local services for a supportive, practical, and empowering day, designed to give families the knowledge, confidence, and connections to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
What to expect on the day
On the day, you’ll be welcomed by the Pinpoint Cambridgeshire Parent Carer Forum team, who will be on hand throughout the Conference to support attendees and help you make the most of the day.
We’re thrilled to kick off the day welcoming Dean Beadle, an autistic speaker and trainer, who will deliver the keynote with his practical, thought-provoking, and humorous insights. Martin Purbrick (Director of Children’s Services) will update on the ‘Inclusion for All’ framework, while a colleague from Cambridgeshire Health Service will explain what recent service changes mean for children and young people with additional needs. Nigel Denning (CCC) will introduce the Families First approach, showing how local services are working together to better support children, young people, and families.
You can view a virtual walk around the venue on this video.
