Find out about the new Mental Health Strategy for Cambridgeshire and what it means for families of children and young people with SEND.

With Nicola Greaves, Commissioning Manager – Children and Young People’s Mental Health.

You told us that Mental Health services need to have a greater inclusion and understanding of SEND in order to truly help your child and Pinpoint have been making sure the voices of SEND families have been heard. Nicola Greaves will be explaining how in the development of the new Mental Health Strategy for Cambridgeshire, launched in April, and what the positive next steps will be.

 

This session is part of Pinpoint’s Annual Conference 2022 that is being held online on 21st and 22nd June 2022. You can join us for all, some or just one session. Book those which interest you to be sent the Zoom joining details. The sessions are free for Cambridgeshire parent carers and professionals.

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.

No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.
