Pinpoint HEALTH Participation Event

In Health a child is seen as an adult once they are 16years old but they will our children be able to take care of their own health needs? What does this mean and how can we make sure we are still able to support them?

We will be discussing this with the many professionals who are here to help including the Health Passport to communicate our childs SEND needs to medical professionals and the important Annual Health Checks.

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.

We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.

You will be sent an email containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and at the start of the session. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!

Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
