Neurodiversity and Sleep. Tuesday 12th March 12pm to 1.30pm. Nickie Sutton from Peak Sleep. Pinpoint Cambridgeshire. Peak Sleep logo. Peak Sleep logo

Why can sleep often be difficult for our Autistic, ADHD and Neuro diverse children and teenagers? What is happening biologically that can impact on sleep? What can we do to help our children?

Sleep Expert Nickie Sutton is back with us to explore these questions and to give us sensible, practical tips we can use tonight to help our child sleep better.

Pinpoint provide help and information to parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-25 with additional needs and disabilities in Cambridgeshire.

No formal diagnosis is required to access support from Pinpoint – a child may be on a waiting list, accessing services, had a referral turned down, or just be struggling.

We offer signposting and events for all things SEND and are the Parent Carer Forum for Cambridgeshire. Pinpoint also give parent carers opportunities to have a say and get involved in improving local services.

You will be sent an email containing the Zoom link to access the session 2 days before, 2 hours before and again 10 min before. Please do check your junk mail and spam folders as these emails sometimes end up there!

Be comfortable at Pinpoint sessions – You can keep your camera off and stay on mute and simply join us and other parent carers who “get it” from your sofa 😊
