We are hiring!

8th May 2025

We are excited to have secured another year of funding for supporting Partners in Neurodiversity (PINS) – a programme of support for primary schools.  This, together with new National Lottery funding, means we want some more people to join our team!  And we want people who can start immediately. Could it be you?
For both roles we want people who like people and are great at building rapport quickly.  For PINs, you’ll be leading our sessions in schools, working with their families, using a programme we have already designed. For the National Lottery role, you will host our Tii Hubs (coffee drop-in, information and peer support sessions) across Cambs.
Ideally, you will have experience of Special Education Needs – and yes, being a parent carer counts! We will train and support you to deliver both roles, but we do need self-starters who are quick to get up and running and are comfortable working independently.
You will need to deliver in-person sessions for parent carers in various locations across Cambridgeshire and be a driver with access to your own car.  Hours are term-time only and flexible, although some sessions will mean you delivering to parent carers who are doing their school run.  If you think this could be you, then please look at the Tii Hub and PINs Host-job-description-2025-26.
Applications are by letter explaining how you meet our aspirations and person specification and your CV by 5pm Friday 30th May 2025. Please send these to Sarah@pinpoint-cambs.org.uk.
Interviews will be held on Monday, 9th June, with a successful candidate invited to start as soon as we have references.  We have several part-time roles up to 13.5 hours per week and pay £13.39 per hour. These are fixed-term posts initially until 31st March 2026.
